  • Because individual screen monitors, mobile displays, and studio lighting can vary, slight visual differences in stone hues or shine do not qualify as manufacturing defects.

  • All product dimensions, weights, and descriptions are approximate and provided for general guidance.

3. Pricing & Order Modifications

  • Prices for all products are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without liability.

  • We reserve the right to limit product quantities per order, per household, or per customer account.

  • If an order is flagged as suspicious, inaccurate in billing/shipping details, or fraudulent by our payment gateways, we reserve the right to cancel the order immediately.

4. Shipping, Logistics & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times (5–7 business days) are standard courier estimates and are not guaranteed arrival deadlines.

  • Rubaaro is not liable for transit delays caused by regional holidays, courier backlogs, weather conditions, or unforeseen force majeure events.

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate shipping addresses and contact numbers. Undelivered packages returned to our Kanpur facility due to incorrect address information or customer unavailability will incur a re-shipping fee.

5. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

  • Due to hygiene standards and the personal nature of jewellery, all sales are final. We operate on a strict No Return, No Cash Refund policy.

  • Replacement is offered exclusively for items damaged in transit or incorrect dispatches, subject to submitting a single, uncut, raw unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Jewellery Care & Disclaimer

  • Our products are finished with advanced anti-tarnish protective coatings designed for daily durability. However, long-term durability depends on standard user care.

  • We advise avoiding direct exposure to harsh industrial chemicals, strong solvents, and bleach.

  • Damage resulting from improper storage, severe physical impact, stretching beyond intended capacity, or normal long-term surface wear is not covered under defects.
