3. Product Durability & "Anti-Tarnish / Waterproof" Disclaimer

  • References to "anti-tarnish", "waterproof", or "daily wear" describe the physical performance of our protective electroplated coatings under standard, normal domestic conditions.

  • Coating longevity depends entirely on individual use, personal skin acidity (pH levels), friction, handling, regional humidity, and exposure to external substances (including perfumes, body lotions, pool chlorine, salt water, bleach, sanitizers, and detergents).

  • Gradual surface wear, minor micro-abrasions, stone dulling from soap residue, or eventual plating degradation over extended use are considered normal wear-and-tear, not manufacturing defects, and carry no perpetual warranty or guarantee of indefinite lifespan.

  • While our pieces are manufactured to be lead-free and nickel-free (hypoallergenic), human dermatological conditions and individual metal sensitivities vary significantly.

  • Rubaaro makes no medical, dermatological, or health claims.

  • Rubaaro, its proprietors, and its suppliers assume no legal or financial liability for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, redness, swelling, or dermatological conditions arising from contact with our products. Discontinue use immediately if any personal sensitivity develops.

5. Visual Representation & Photographic Disclaimers

  • Product photographs are shot under controlled studio lighting and magnified to display structural details.

  • Due to variations in device screen calibration, lighting temperatures, and natural material textures (such as mother-of-pearl grain and colored crystal refraction), actual items may exhibit slight visual differences in scale, hue, or depth. Such variances do not constitute a defect or misrepresentation.

    • Inaccuracies, interruptions, or technical errors on our website.

  • Under all circumstances, Rubaaro’s maximum aggregate liability for any proven claim, dispute, or action shall strictly not exceed the actual retail amount paid by the customer for the specific item in dispute.
