Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

At Rubaaro, each piece of anti-tarnish jewellery undergoes rigorous quality checks before dispatch from our Kanpur operations hub. Due to hygiene standards and the delicate nature of personal accessories, we maintain a strict No Return, No Refund policy on all orders.

1. All Sales Are Final

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been shipped or delivered.

  • We do not entertain exchange or return requests based on subjective preferences (such as "changed mind", "colour preference", or choosing the incorrect ring size for fixed bands).

2. Transit Damage / Defective or Incorrect Items In the rare event that your order arrives damaged during transit, defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped, we will gladly arrange a free replacement of the identical product. We do not issue monetary or bank refunds.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement To qualify for a replacement, you must provide proof within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Mandatory Criteria: An uninterrupted, uncut video recording starting from the completely sealed courier flyer showing the address label, continuing through opening the package, and clearly displaying the defect or damage in focus.

  • Ineligible Claims: Edited videos, photos only, or unboxing videos recorded after the package has already been opened will not be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Replacement Workflow

  • Step 1: Email your order number and unboxing video to support@rubaaro.com or contact our WhatsApp support at +91 [Your Number] within 24 hours of marked delivery.

  • Step 2: Our operations team in Kanpur will inspect the video proof within 24–48 hours.

  • Step 3: Upon verification, we will dispatch a replacement piece to your registered address at no additional shipping cost.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the parcel has not been packed or handed over to our logistics partners.

  • Once handed over to courier dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled or recalled.
